Set Up 9 a.m. The sale runs from 10am to 5pm.
Have art supplies you no longer use?
Sell them at our Pop-Up Artist Supply Sale
$10.00 for a spot. You will need to supply your own table; no larger than 36x36. No art work may be sold. Limited spaces.

OIL PAINTING CLASSES FOR BEGINNERS AND INTERMEDIATE PAINTERS are currently being held in the Gallery on Saturday afternoons at 1pm. You're welcome to stop in and observe! Jane Cowley is the instructor.
Also, we will be hosting a Film Series based upon famous artists on one Sunday afternoon per month, beginning this Spring. Come for coffee, get comfy and we'll discuss the films after the showing. Dates and time will be announced later.
We need your input on classes! What classes would you like to see offered at SSAA? Oils, Acrylics, Pastels, Watercolor or Drawing, let us know what you'd like to do and learn. We'd very much like to accommodate your wishes. You can contact us at d2211@comcast.net.
And if you'd like to teach a class any time in the future, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
DEAR MEMBERS AND ART LOVERS!
For the past 16 years, the Southern Shore Gallery has exhibited artists from newly emerging to professional and has become a beacon for local and regional works to be displayed and purchased. As the only non-profit gallery in Michigan City that exposes our regional artists to the wider community in Northwestern Indiana and Southwestern Michigan, SSAA has put the Uptown Arts District on the map, the first to institute First Friday and we continue to draw people downtown to shop, dine and enjoy the arts! First Fridays from 5-8pm have become a tradition and it's a great time to meet old friends and make new ones.
Dues of $40 for a years membership may be paid at the gallery or by PayPal through our website Southern Shore Art Association. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you soon!
